Dean Anderson
Founder & Principal Designer
Dean graduated in 2015 from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design, Architecture and has been working as a draftsman and architectural designer for the past ten years. Among his employers are two firms: Bickel Group in Newport Beach, CA and BRS Architects in Boise, ID.
He has also worked for Lightworks, a design-build company out of San Diego, CA specializing in home integration technology, architectural lighting, audiovisual systems, and window shading for high-end residential and commercial projects. And currently, Dean is completing the necessary prerequisites for an architectural license to pursue small-scale commercial development in addition to residential construction.
Apart from work, Dean and his wife Amanda enjoy what Boise, and Idaho, have to offer from mountain biking in the foothills, to trail running, to hiking and backpacking (more often than not off trail), to climbing at the Commons, to skiing up at Bogus. Recent dabbling has also taken the form of fishing! You’ll otherwise find them tending their massive garden with their black cat in tow, and serving at Awaken church.
