Bickel Group

Assorted work examples from Dean’s employment with Bickel Group, a commercial architectural firm, for which he primarily assisted principal architects, through the schematic design and construction documentation phases, with a) schematic site and space planning, b) the preparation of progress design drawings and associated color/material exhibits and color renderings (created in Adobe Photoshop), and c) the coordination and preparation of construction drawings and entitlement packages for permit review. The projects involved ranged in scale from smaller tenant improvements, to approximately 2,000 sf drive-thru restaurant pad buildings, to parking garage structures, to car dealerships. All of these exhibits were prepared for the schematic design phase of their respective project. Some information has been removed for privacy protection reasons.
