Lightworks

Assorted work examples from Dean’s employment with Lightworks, a design-build company specializing in home integration technology, architectural lighting, audiovisual systems, and window shading for high-end residential projects. Dean primarily assisted management with a) project management from schematic design through construction, b) the preparation of take-off summaries to inform bid estimation, c) the preparation of lighting and electrical drawings, d) reviewing and responding to RFI’s, and e) performing periodic site walks for field verification of progress, quality, and completion of punch list items; all as they relate to architectural lighting, switching and integration controls, and electrical design. Most projects involved residential homes, but in some cases, involved commercial galleries. Some information has been removed for privacy protection reasons.
