Basement Remodel

A basement remodel in Dean’s personal home. The intent was to use the basement as an Airbnb rental, which informed the design and layout of the space as well as the amenities provided. Dean and his wife succeeded and now operate a highly rated listing. A sump pump was needed, which is hidden in the bedroom closet (behind the curtain). The greatest challenge was relocating existing appliances. Please note, the drawings uploaded for this project do not reflect the current standards used by Dean’s Drafting & Design. The drawings and documentation provided to clients will be different and of higher quality.
